Youth Employment Services
Unlocking Potential for Teens and Young Adults
Welcome to YCCA’s Youth Employment Program, where we’re here to help teens and young adults, ages 17 to 24, succeed. With support from the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA), our program offers paid work experiences designed for individuals facing various challenges, like foster care, homelessness, disabilities, parenting, leaving high school, or involvement with the justice system.
But we’re more than just a job program; we’re your partners in success. Through teamwork with local businesses and organizations, we provide full support, guiding you through job opportunities and educational pathways to ensure you’re ready for success in your career and life.
Join us as we open doors to new opportunities, help you reach your goals, and build a brighter future together.
This WIOA Title 1 financially assisted program is an equal opportunity employer. For individuals with hearing or speaking limitations, assistance is available via California Relay Service 711 or 1-800-735-2922 (English). 1-800-855-3000 (Spanish).

Meet Our Participants
Meet D and D, twin brothers who joined the Youth Employment Program to overcome the challenges posed by their family’s unstable housing situation. Despite facing transportation obstacles, the twins were determined to succeed in their work experience placements. Recognizing their commitment, YCCA stepped in to provide transportation assistance, ensuring they could reliably attend work. Thanks to the twins’ dedication and the support they received, D and D have been steadily employed for months, showcasing their resilience and determination.
